Fring lets you use your Blueface account on your mobile phone so you can make cheap local, international, and mobile internet calls. Better still, your friends and family can call you on your local Blueface number instead of a costly mobile call. For example if your phone number is (01) 1234567, your friends can call you on this number at local rates instead of high mobile rates. Your mobile rings as normal but neither you nor the caller pays extra.
Fring is free VoIP software for your mobile phone that allows you to talk and live chat (IM) using your phone's Internet connection.
This means you can use all the usual PC based services like Skype®, Google Talk™, ICQ, MSN® Messenger and Twitter. So now you can instant message on the move, rather than text message, saving you time and money.
Fring works by using your phone's data connection to make and receive calls so it's important that you have a data plan with your Mobile provider - data charges without a data plan can be expensive.
Fring needs a compatible handset and Symbian S60 or Windows Mobile software, however a client for all mobile phones will be released shortly.

On your handset, click on the link within the SMS to automatically download the fring application.

Install and register:
To become a fring user follow the onscreen instructions on your handset to install and register with the fring network.
