Nowadays everyone has a mobile. But calling mobiles is expensive right? Well yes, but now with Blueface you can purchase a 50 minute add-on to allow you to make mobile calls. Best of all its only €6.99. That means that your average call cost is only 14c which is cheaper than rates a lot of the mobile companies charge. Simply log into your account and add the bundle to any existing plan.

Who can get this new bundle of minutes?

All residential customers can add a bundle of minutes to their monthly Call Plan.

Business Customer: I'm a Business Customer, can I buy this bundle of minutes?

This particular offer is for Residential customers and we have a specific range of business plans that include UK & Irish mobile minutes for our business customers.

How do I sign up for the mobile minutes?

To sign up for the mobile minutes, just log onto your account and select 'Upgrade' . This option is not available on the shop at present.
If you buy mid month we'll allocate a pro-rata amount of minutes to your account to enable you to get the better rates now. The minute bundle will then automatically sync with your call plan rewal date.

How does it work? When do I get my Mobile Minutes?

We will allocate your minutes to your account on your Plan Renewal date each month.
If you upgrade within 7 days of your plan, you are allocated minutes for the 7 days plus the following month. Otherwise, your minutes and payment are on a pro-rata basis.

What happens if I use up all minutes?

If you use up all your minutes, you will need to add some Call Credit to your account to make additional calls at the regular Blueface rates.

Can I add additional Bundles?

Not just yet. After the trial, we plan on expanding the bundles available.

What happens if I don't use up all my minutes?

If you don't use up all your minutes each month, they don't carry over to the next month.

Can I use my mobile minutes to route calls to my mobile?

Yes, absolutely. If you usually route calls to your mobiles, these minutes can be used for the divert. If you use up all your minutes, you will need to add some Call Credit to your account to make additional calls at the regular Blueface rates.

Can I avail of these minutes if I use Fring on my mobile?

Yes, if you can avail of these minutes if you use Fring.
