With Blueface you can add extra numbers to your account whenever you need to. Each plan has an allocation of numbers as standard, but if you need more an upgrade can easily be arranged.
 
A Virtual Receptionist, or IVR as it's sometimes called, is a way to allow your customers speak to the right person or department more quickly. "Dial 1 for Sales, 2 for Accounts etc". It can give your business a more professional image without costing you the earth. Prices start from €65 set-up plus a monthly fee of €9.99 per Month.  
 
This service will improve your availability by giving you a fax number on which your customers can contact you, without requiring you to sign up for expensive hardware or maintenance. You don’t even need to be in the office, so long as you have access to your email inbox; your Blueface fax number allows you to send and receive faxes as easy-to-read PDF attachments.
