Yealink T20P Configuration Guide

Yealink T20P

The 1st step is to power up the phone. You need to plug the phone electrically and then connect the network cable from the base to your Internet router.

Technical note : The phone supports PoE - Power over Ethernet - so if you know what this means and if your router supports this, you can connect the phone that way.

Once the phone is plugged in properly, follow these steps to get started. You must be in possession of your Blueface username and password.
You should have in a welcome email, if this is not the case, please contact support@blueface.ie



  1. Press Menu on your phone (circular button that says OK)
  2. The IP address is the first thing that shows up, it's composed of 4 groups of numbers
  3. Copy the IP address that is shown (e.g. 192.168.xxx.xxx)
  4. Type this IP address into a new web browser, as per below:

  5. A new Box will appear requesting a username and password, enter: – username: admin password: admin (all lower case)
  6. Click on the Account Tab
  7. Account Active: Click "On"
  8. Display Name: your username
  9. Register Name: your username
  10. User Name: your username
  11. Password: your password
  12. SIP Server: sip.blueface.ie
  13. Leave all other details as they are and scroll down and Click on Advanced
  14. Beside "Login Expire" enter in 113
  15. Leave all other details are and click on Confirm at the bottom of the page
  16. Let the phone reboot and you will then be ready to make and receive your calls
