  1. Open your web browser. Enter http://192.168.15.1 (the router's default local IP address) in the web browser's address field. Then press the Enter key.

  2. If a small window appears asking you for a Username and Password:

    Enter admin (the default) in the Username field, then enter admin (the default) in the Password field. (Later you should set a new password using the Administration tab's Management screen. This will help secure access to the web-based utility).

    Then Click the Log In / OK button.

  3. The router's web-based utility will appear with the Basic Setup screen. Click on the Voice menu button to bring you to the next screen.

  4. Next click the Line 1 menu button, which appears below; this brings you to the page where you can specify your user settings.

  5. In the user settings screen fill out the highlighted fields referring to the information provided on the Welcome Sheet / Email which you received from Blueface. Make sure you leave the 'Authentication User Name' field blank.

  6. Click on the Save Settings button at the bottom of the page.

Advanced configuration if you are having problems receiving incoming calls or you are finding your calls are going straight to voicemail there are two settings that can be changed on the Linksys devices to improve things. To change these settings first navigate to http://192.168.15.1/Voice_adminPage.htm and select Line 1 or Line 2 depending on which you want to configure. Once there adjust the Register Expires setting which should be set to 113 and the NAT Keepalive Enable setting which should be set to Yes, the two settings are highlighted by red circles in the screen shot below. Once the changes have been made click on the Save Settings button at the bottom of the page to apply them.
