You will receive an instant email notification and a WAV file into your inbox. Just open the file and listen to your message.
You can access your voicemail from any phone. Check your voicemail by dialing 171 from your Blueface phone or (01) 4361720 from any touch-tone phone. You will receive a 4/5-digit Voicemail PIN when you sign up to any of our calling plans, you will be asked for this every time you retrieve your messages.

You can listen to your messages, download them as WAV file, delete them one by one or delete them by bulk.
The page displays information about each message : time of call, caller number or ID, message duration ...
A warning message is displayed when the voicemail is reaching a critical size, inviting you to delete some messages.
The audio player works based on a plugin. On most system this plugin will be Quick Time Player, for Windows users on Internet Explorer this plugin will be Windows Media Player.

Blueface works with your internet connection so this means you can chat with free Blueface-to-Blueface calls as much as you want. If your friends and family don't have a Blueface account get them to sign up it's free.

The caller will get forwarded to the new destination number without giving you the opportunity to talk to the person at the new destination. More advanced phones will allow you to transfer with consultation.
*Your account will be billed for the duration and cost of the transferred portion of the call as it were an outgoing call from your account.
Never Miss an Important Call Again
Blueface's control panel will allow you to set up your own divert and forwarding preferences to give you complete control over your phone calls*. You can also choose where to divert your calls when your number is busy: divert to traditional landlines, mobiles and international numbers.
*Diverted calls will be billed to your account according to the terms of the plan you are on and billed to your subscription pay as you go balance as per the rates on this website.
Create an Instant Conference Call
This is the perfect tool for organising a meeting, planning an event or just catching up with friends and it doesn't require any special equipment. 3-way calling adds a third party to your existing call*, allowing you and the other two parties to speak together in a three-way conference. It's easy it to do on any of our hardware.
How To Start a 3-way Call
- Ring the first person.
- Flash Hook them (press on the telephone hook button quickly). This will place them on hold. Then you should get a dial tone.
- Call the Second Person.
- Repeat Step 2.
- You are now conference calling.
*If you invite/call both parties into a 3-way call it will be billed as two separate calls that happen at the same time on your account.
Control Call Forwarding, Voicemail and SIP
The toolbox is similar to having your own virtual mini phone system. It lets you manage your preferences for call forwarding, Voicemail and SIP.
Forwards allows you to set call forwarding rules for your Blueface phone. You can forward all your calls to your mobile or have calls divert to another number if your main telephone phone line is busy. Please refer to: Call Forwarding for a step-by-step guide on how to manage your preferences.
Voicemail allows you to manage your voicemail settings: email address and PIN. Please refer to: Voicemail for a step-by-step guide on how to manage your preferences.
SIP allows you to manage your current SIP account details. You can update your password, your DTMF settings and your PSTN Caller ID. You can also add another SIP account. This is useful if you have purchased a second SIP device (for example a SIP enabled mobile phone). Please refer to: SIP for a step-by-step guide on how to manage your preferences.
SMS Text Messaging
Blueface customers can send text messages from their Blueface account. Simply log in from any page on the Blueface site and select Text from the customer menu. Now you just type and hit send. You can also access any mobile numbers stored in My Contacts.Irish SMS Rates
