Business Development Executive

Due to rapid expansion, Blueface is looking for enthusiastic, self-starters to join our inside sales team. You should be an ambitious candidate looking to gain experience in an innovative Irish business disrupting the telecoms market. You are driven professional and eager to position yourself for excellent opportunities and career growth. Blueface is looking for smart candidates who are at ease selling to Managing Directors, IT directors and IT managers. You should be comfortable interfacing with potential clients to diagnose their needs, analyse their current set-up and sell the benefits of Blueface. The business development executive will be a key member of the Blueface sales team, reporting directly to the Business Development Manager.

 

Responsibilities

  • Be an originator of new business customers for Blueface and take ownership in developing your own pipeline and sales

  • Research opportunities in the market and create your own leads through outreach in the form of calls, emails, social selling and networking

  • Build rapport with your prospects to be a trusted knowledgeable resource and discover their needs across landline, phone system (PBX), mobile, call conferencing, web SMS, fax, international numbering and other Blueface products and services

  • Qualify customers with detailed questioning and score them internally on their likelihood to become a customer

  • Sell to smaller business customers without needing to meet them in person while being able to meet with or set appointments with larger prospects

  • Achieve monthly sales targets

  • Dealing with sales queries in an efficient, accurate and professional manner

  • Develop a detailed knowledge of Blueface’s products/services, policies and procedures

  • Take ownership of the customer's requirements in their first 30 days before liaising with customer care to hand the customer off internally

  • Provide accurate reporting of pipeline and forecast through diligent updating of Blueface's CRM
