The starter plan gives your business a geographic number so that your customer can contact you at landline rates. You will also get access to the many benefits/services that Blueface customers avail of everyday. The features include voicemail-to-email, fax-to-email, call conferencing and your own online account for easy call management. You can view a list of other features here.
On the move:
As an owner manager of your business, you are likely to be out of the office. Blueface can forward your calls to your mobile or to your home phone number or to any number of your choice. Our FOLLOW ME feature allows you to set up to 3 phones to ring at anytime so you’ll never miss a call again.
There’s also the option of diverting a call to another phone if you're on the line. Blueface makes sure you will always stay connected.

Do I need any special equipment?
To put it simply, no. To get the most out of your service its best to choose an IP phone, we recommend the Yealink T20 which is available in our shop. We will configure the phone for you and all you’ll need to do is plug it straight into your broadband router and start making calls. We also sell a number of adapters for traditional phones that you may already have and some of our customers choose to use their PC to make and receive calls. With a full suite of hardware available with Blueface, the choice is yours.
How to sign up?
All you need to do is click on the sign up now button, you’ll be taken to a page where you can choose your area code and create your account, safely and securely. It takes less than 5 minutes and we will send you a welcome email which will have all the details you need.
If you order a new IP phone to go with this plan the device will be with you in 4 – 5 working days, ready to plug and play. Once you’ve signed up you can add extras such as mobile minute bundles, fax numbers, international office numbers, 1890 numbers to your account. So as your business grows, our suite of services to you will too.
